Farm-to-Table Family Retreat
A 3-Day Experience in Personal Healing, Family Connection, Regenerative Living & Conscious CommUNITY
📅 Friday, September 25 - Sunday, September 27th
⏰ 10:00am–5:00pm
📍 Fifth Dimension Retreat Center | Roy, WA
You're going on a family vacation with the family you haven't met yet.
What if a retreat wasn't an escape from your life, but an opportunity to experience a different way of living?
A way where your family slows down together, your children learn from the land instead of another screen, food comes from farms you can actually visit, and meaningful work leaves you feeling fulfilled instead of depleted. A place where personal healing, family healing, and community healing are no longer separate experiences, but part of the same journey.
Welcome to the Farm-to-Table Family Retreat — a participatory, regenerative retreat experience designed to reconnect you with yourself, your family, the land, and something bigger than yourself.
We Were Never Meant to Do Life Alone
So many of us are exhausted, overstimulated, and disconnected. We're trying to manage careers, relationships, parenting, finances, our health, and our own healing while living in a culture that often asks us to do all of it independently.
Parents are trying to heal while raising children. Children are growing up surrounded by screens, stimulation, and increasing separation from the natural world. Families can live under the same roof and still struggle to truly slow down, connect, and understand one another.
And beneath all of it, many of us feel the same quiet longing:
There has to be another way to live.
We believe there is.
For one weekend, we're creating an opportunity to experience it — not by simply talking about community, healing, regenerative living, and conscious evolution, but by practicing them together.
We'll do the inner work. We'll put our hands in the earth. We'll share meals around a table. We'll create alongside our children. We'll rest, play, learn, connect, and contribute.
Because sometimes finding your people doesn't mean searching farther away.
Sometimes it means choosing to grow roots where you're planted and go where you're celebrated.
Three Days. Three Secrets. One Transformational Journey.
Each morning begins with our signature reBalance Retreat experience, taking you through one of the 3 Secrets of WHOLEistic Balance.
Together, the three Secrets create a progression from awareness → truth → aligned action.
Friday helps you understand what has been creating your current reality and identify what is out of alignment.
Saturday helps you move beneath conditioning, fear, and outside expectations to uncover what your heart is actually asking for.
Sunday helps you take what you've discovered and begin consciously creating the life you're here to live.
FRIDAY - Balance Begins with Energetic Alignment
Understand what you're creating — and uncover what's keeping you stuck.
We often try to change our lives by changing what is happening outside of us. We change the job, relationship, diet, routine, environment, or circumstances, only to discover that the same patterns have a way of following us.
Secret #1 turns our attention inward.
We'll explore the relationship between the conscious and subconscious mind, how deeply held beliefs and patterns influence our perception and behavior, and our philosophy of how our internal state participates in the realities we continually create.
We'll also introduce the 5 Dimensions of [Self] — Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual, and Social — and explore what happens when those dimensions are working against one another rather than moving in alignment.
Through psychology, energetic principles, embodied practices, reflection, and the reBalance framework, you'll begin identifying where energy has become stuck, contradictory, or out of alignment within your life.
The goal of Friday is not to judge what you've created.
It's to finally understand it.
Because when you can see the patterns operating beneath the surface, you gain the awareness necessary to change them.
You'll leave with a deeper understanding of what is blocking you, why certain patterns keep repeating, and where your life is asking to come back into alignment.
SATURDAY — Honor the Wisdom of Your Heart
Move beneath the noise and remember what is actually true for you.
Once you understand what's blocking you, a different question emerges:
What do I actually want?
Not what society says you should want. Not what your parents expected from you. Not what your partner, career, identity, past decisions, or ego have convinced you that you're supposed to choose.
What is true underneath all of that?
Secret #2 is about learning to distinguish between the noise surrounding you and the wisdom already living within you.
We'll explore how social conditioning and ego can influence our decisions, how the body communicates truth, and how emotions such as fear, shame, and guilt can keep us from walking the path our heart has been asking us to follow.
Rather than treating these emotions as something to eliminate, we'll begin learning how to listen to them, move through them, and recognize what exists underneath them.
Because sometimes the life we deeply desire isn't unclear.
We're simply afraid of what acknowledging it might require us to change.
Saturday creates space to hear yourself again.
You'll begin uncovering your true heart's desire and developing greater trust in your ability to recognize what feels genuinely aligned for you.
SUNDAY — You Have a Soul Calling
Move from knowing what you desire to consciously creating it.
Your soul calling is bigger than finding the perfect career or identifying one singular "purpose."
It's about how you choose to live.
We believe we are here to evolve, to experience, to create, and to continually become more conscious participants in our own lives.
Secret #1 reveals the ways you're already creating — consciously and unconsciously.
Secret #2 reveals what your heart actually desires.
Secret #3 teaches you how to begin creating from that awareness intentionally.
We'll explore what it means to consciously participate in your own evolution, reconnect with your innate creative capacity, and make decisions from alignment rather than fear, conditioning, or old programming.
This is where insight becomes a choice.
And choice becomes action.
You'll be invited to look honestly at the places where you already know something needs to change and ask yourself what aligned action looks like now.
Because transformation doesn't happen simply because we understand ourselves better. Eventually, there is a moment when awareness asks something of us.
You'll leave with greater clarity around what you're ready to change, what you're ready to create, and the aligned actions that can begin moving you toward it.
Then We Take the Inner Work Into the World
After our morning reBalance experience, the retreat moves naturally from inner work into embodied action.
Guests will have opportunities to participate alongside our Farm Ambassador and Permaculture Ambassador, learning through hands-on experiences with local farms, regenerative food systems, permaculture, and the land.
This is also an invitation to participate in the continued creation of a conscious community center. Instead of coming to a retreat simply to consume an experience, you're being invited to contribute to one.
You may plant, harvest, build, restore, learn, get dirty, laugh, teach, or discover a skill you didn't know you had. You'll work alongside people who may have been strangers that morning and experience the deeply human satisfaction of stepping back at the end and knowing:
We created this together.
The participation isn't separate from the retreat.
It is part of the retreat.
Because WHOLEistic Balance isn't something we want to teach exclusively inside a workshop. We want to practice it through our relationship with ourselves, one another, our food, our families, our communities, and the earth beneath our feet.
From the Land to the Table
After a day of learning, healing, connecting, and creating, we'll gather around the table for a nourishing Farm-to-Table Dinner.
Food becomes more meaningful when we understand its story: where it came from, whose hands helped grow it, what the soil required to produce it, and who we're fortunate enough to share it with.
Dinner becomes another part of the practice — slowing down, connecting as families, meeting new friends, sharing stories, and celebrating what we've experienced and created together.
And kids eat free.
Wellness, Integration & Space to Simply Be
Following dinner, the pace of the retreat softens.
You'll have open integration time to connect, rest, explore the property, spend time with your family, or deepen your experience through optional wellness offerings from practitioners joining us throughout the weekend.
Depending on provider availability, offerings may include massage, bodywork, coaching, healing sessions, wellness services, and other integrative experiences.
These offerings will be available as optional add-ons, allowing each person to create the experience their body, mind, and spirit are asking for.
Then we'll close our evenings in one of the oldest ways humans know how:
together, around the fire.
Nature Spa and Sacred Fire create space to soak, rest, integrate, talk, laugh, connect, and let your nervous system settle after a full day of experience.
Your Children Aren't Just Coming With You. They're Part of the Retreat.
We wanted to create something different from the traditional family retreat where adults participate in transformational experiences while children are simply "watched."
Children under 18 are invited FREE because we believe conscious commUNITY must include the next generation.
A professional Children's Coordinator with a background in permaculture will guide children through an intentional, age-appropriate experience incorporating personal development, emotional awareness, nature connection, permaculture, creativity, cooperation, working with the land, and community.
While you're learning to recognize your own patterns, listen to your heart, and consciously create your life, your children will be exploring many of those same foundational ideas through movement, nature, play, responsibility, curiosity, and hands-on experience.
Imagine what changes when children grow up knowing that their emotions matter, the earth matters, other people matter, and they have something meaningful to contribute.
This isn't only personal development.
It's generational development.

You're Going on a Family Vacation With the Family You Haven't Met Yet
This weekend is ultimately an experiment in another way of being human — one where personal development meets community development, family healing meets regenerative living, and conscious evolution becomes something we practice rather than simply talk about.
We believe some of the greatest challenges facing our society — isolation, disconnection, burnout, fractured families, loss of community, disconnection from our food and land, and the feeling that one person can't possibly make a difference — are deeply interconnected.
So perhaps the solutions can be interconnected, too.
What happens when we heal ourselves while building healthier relationships? When our children witness community instead of only hearing about it? When strangers work beside one another and become friends? When we understand where our food comes from? When we contribute instead of simply consume? When we remember that creating a better world doesn't have to begin somewhere far away?
It can begin here.
This experience is inspired by regenerative and ecotourism principles, inviting you to become an active participant in the land and community you're visiting rather than simply a consumer of an experience.
Our hope is that you don't leave simply saying, "That was a beautiful retreat."
We hope you leave saying:
"I remember who I am. I know what matters to me. I know what needs to change. My family experienced something meaningful together. I found people who want to live differently too. And I remembered that I have the power to participate in creating the world I want to live in."
