I always knew that retreats were my calling. Since graduating high school, I dreamed of creating sacred spaces around the world where people could reconnect with themselves and find their medicine. My dad and I were incredibly close, and I would tell him about this dream often. When he passed away in 2017, my heart shattered. I was just 19, searching for meaning, purpose, and a way to heal.

That journey led me even deeper into spirituality, where I immersed myself in energy medicine and shamanic practices. After years of building 5D Therapy, by 2020, I found myself barely keeping up—just surviving under the weight of bills and responsibilities. But I held onto my vision. I meditated, calling in a five-acre retreat space, a place where the dream could truly take root.

Then, my mom and I found this land at Harts Lake. The moment I stepped foot on it, I took off my shoes, and I knew. It felt as if this land had been created for this exact purpose. The synchronicity, the divine timing—it was beyond logical understanding. It was a complete and undeniable miracle. Because of my dad’s legacy and the foundation he gave me, I was able to purchase this sacred space.

This land is MEANT to be a place of healing. A place where community gathers, where people come home to themselves, where we stand in our truth, in our medicine, and share our gifts with the world.
